Daniel Cardenas-Clark

Five years as an early-stage investor focused on B2B software and SaaS. First as an Investment Director at Triple Point and then as a Principal at Notion Capital. I have invested in and sat on the boards of 20 companies.

I built and managed a fintech platform that achieved over £150m in sales. I also have operational experience in three early-stage VC-backed start-ups in London and Berlin. Earlier in my career, I founded and grew a professional services business to 53 staff and profitability.

Amir Nooriala

Spent the past five years as the ‘right-hand-man’ for two CEOs as they rapidly scaled their businesses:

I was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of OakNorth Bank, playing a key role in it becoming the most valuable FinTech in Europe and the first profitable digital bank in Europe. My next role was as the Chief Commercial Officer of Callsign, where I helped to scale contracted revenue 10x.

Prior to this, I spent 13 years running Tech and Ops in banks, as a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald and before that at Barclays. I started my career in Silicon Valley with Cisco Systems and Accenture in London, selling IT services to enterprises. Overall I have 15 years domain expertise of running IT services in-house and managing IT MSPs.

I also founded and sold an e-commerce business with 5,000 customers.
